While vacationing in Mexico, my husband and I decided to cross one more thing off our “bucket list” by snorkeling with the famous whale sharks of Holbox Island. This one made a close pass and as he glided by, gave me the perfect opportunity for a shot with a unique vantage point. He was approximately 40 feet long, with a tail that was taller than I am.
